Recommendations for Change
- # 110 |
|
A judge shall disqualify an entry for attire and/or equipment prohibited, or missing equipment required by NASMA rules. It is mandatory for judges to have bridles dropped in at least two classes per show except national and world championship shows where the champion and reserve champion in each performance class shall have bridles dropped. |

Justification and impact if rule is not changed |
It is especially important in a national or world championship show for exhibitors to use a legal bit. How else will it be known if bridles are not dropped?
Impact if rule is not changed will be rewarding inferior and undisciplined animals with NASMA’s highest and most coveted award. |
